SALT Restaurants is looking for a passionate and experienced Cluster/ City Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple restaurant outlets.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Cluster Chef, Executive Chef, or Regional Chef in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
Strong expertise in North & South Indian cuisine with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation.
Experience in leading culinary operations across multiple restaurant outlets.
Strong knowledge of food cost control, kitchen productivity, inventory management, and food safety standards.
Ability to mentor and develop kitchen teams while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and driving culinary excellence.
