About the Role:
We are building an Operations Control Tower to manage and monitor real-time delivery order. The candidate will play a key role in managing the live order dashboard, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries hence take load off from store team in troubleshooting logistic related issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the real-time order dashboard to ensure all orders are progressing as per timelines.
- Coordinate with store teams to expedite order preparation and dispatch.
- Arrange for delivery through marketplace delivery partners when required.
- Communicate with customers/guests in case of delivery-related queries or escalations.
- Support operations during high-volume periods and extend working hours when necessary.
- Maintain accurate data and operational reports using MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12 years of experience in operations or Customer support
- Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, real-time environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours on high-volume days.
