Were looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Marketing Communications Specialist who can help drive the day-to-day functioning of our Marketing Communications team.

This role sits at the intersection of communications, content, operations, stakeholder management, and execution. Youll help keep projects moving, stakeholders aligned, agencies coordinated, content flowing, and communication initiatives running smoothly across the organization.

This is not just a coordination role. We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, improving systems and processes, leveraging AI tools to work smarter, and contributing meaningfully to content and communication initiatives.

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, content, campaign coordination, project management, agency management, digital marketing, or related roles.

Location: Delhi NCR preferred

What Youll Do

Communication Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing and communication activities across teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage communication requests, deliverables, approvals, timelines, and project workflows.
  • Maintain communication calendars, campaign trackers, project plans, and workflow systems.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns, launches, reports, events, publications, and communication initiatives.
  • Ensure communication assets, updates, and deliverables are shared with the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Proactively track progress across multiple projects and follow up to ensure timely execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks, flag risks, and support timely resolution of operational challenges.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and alignment across internal teams, leadership, agencies, and partners.

Content Communication Support

  • Support the development, coordination, editing, and publishing of content across communication channels.
  • Assist in drafting and editing content for newsletters, website updates, blogs, reports, publications, stakeholder communications, presentations, and campaign assets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather stories, updates, insights, and content inputs.
  • Coordinate content dissemination across communication channels and platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, communication objectives, and audience needs.
  • Support content repurposing across formats and platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.

Digital Platforms Agency Coordination

  • Serve as a key coordination point between the organization and external agencies, consultants, freelancers, and vendors supporting marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate website updates, platform improvements, digital campaigns, content publishing requirements, and communication projects through external partners.
  • Ensure agencies receive the content, assets, approvals, and context required to execute effectively.
  • Track progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across agency-managed projects.
  • Coordinate implementation of website enhancements, campaign assets, content updates, and digital communication requirements with agency and technology partners.
  • Review outputs and ensure deliverables meet organizational requirements and brand standards.
  • Help ensure digital platforms remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with communication objectives.

Content Repository Asset Management

  • Maintain the organizations communication repository and digital asset library.
  • Organize and archive photographs, videos, reports, publications, presentations, design assets, and communication resources.
  • Ensure assets are properly categorized, searchable, version-controlled, and easily accessible.
  • Maintain brand-compliant templates and communication resources.
  • Build and improve systems that support efficient storage, retrieval, and utilization of communication assets.

Analytics Reporting

  • Track communication performance metrics across campaigns, channels, and initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting systems related to communication, visibility, engagement, and outreach efforts.
  • Support reporting on website performance, campaign outcomes, newsletter engagement, communication reach, visibility, and digital performance.
  • Generate periodic reports, summaries, and insights for the Marketing Communications team.
  • Support data-informed decision-making by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Agency, Vendor Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for agencies, freelancers, consultants, and communication partners.
  • Coordinate deliverables across multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
