Role: Front Office And Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and OPD coordination efficiently.
  • Assist patients with consultation processes, billing guidance, and service-related queries.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time in the OPD area.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, and other departments for timely patient care.
  • Handle patient feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, appointment data, and daily OPD reports.
  • Support walk-in patients with registration, documentation, and navigation within the facility.
  • Ensure proper queue management and coordination during high patient volume.
  • Verify patient details, insurance information, and relevant documentation when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and patient service standards within the OPD area.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and service protocols.
  • Support departmental initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline; preference for Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management

background.

  • 14 years of relevant experience in OPD operations, front office, patient relations, or healthcare

coordination.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) and patient registration processes preferred.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage patient interactions effectively.
