Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Mitsubishi PLC Programmer to design, develop, test, and commission automation systems using Mitsubishi PLCs and HMIs. The candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial automation, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
PLC Programming
- Develop PLC programs using Mitsubishi GX Works2, GX Works3, GX Developer, and GX IEC Developer.
- Program Mitsubishi PLC series such as FX3U, FX5U, Q Series, and iQ-R.
- Develop machine logic, sequence control, interlocks, alarms, and safety functions.
- Modify existing PLC programs as per customer requirements.
HMI & SCADA Development
- Design and develop HMI screens using Mitsubishi GT Designer3 (GOT HMI).
- Configure communication between PLC and HMI.
- Integrate PLC with SCADA systems where required.
Machine Commissioning
- Perform machine commissioning at the factory and customer sites.
- Conduct machine trials and optimize machine performance.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors, servo, VFD, and electrical control systems.
- Support machine installation and startup.
Industrial Communication
- Configure industrial communication protocols:
- Ethernet/IP
- Modbus RTU/TCP
- CC-Link
- RS232/RS485
- TCP/IP
- Integrate PLC with third-party devices.
Servo & Motion Control
- Configure Mitsubishi Servo Drives.
- Program motion control applications.
- Perform positioning, indexing, and synchronization.

Customer Support
- Provide onsite and remote technical support.
