Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrate product features, designs, and craftsmanship.
- Assist customers with billing, order booking, and after-sales services.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Support inventory management and stock handling activities.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred)
- Experience: 24 years in retail sales (Jewellery, Luxury, Fashion, Apparel, Watches, Cosmetics, or Premium Retail preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
