Role & responsibilities :
- Prepare Architectural concepts, floor plans, layouts,elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D design for residential real estate projects.
- Create high-quality Presentations and visualizations using Sketch up and rendering tools.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using Auto CAD
- Work closely with the management team from concept to project completion.
Preferred candidate profile
- Immediate Joiner
- Experience in apartments, villas, or residential projects.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept design through execution.
