- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be good in sourcing, screening , shortlisting of the candidates as per the requirement.
- Able to make 100 calls in a day and talk to the candidates regarding job opportunities and make sure they are a good fit.
- Should be comfortable for bulk/ lateral hiring.
- Need to do the follow up with candidates regarding interview and their joining.
- Maintain the excel sheet.
- Should be responsible for end to end recruitment.
