1. Sales Executive (Rooftop Solar)
Location: multiple locations (Sehore/Harda/Hosangabad/Rajghar/Raisen)
Experience: 1 TO 3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar projects.
* Meet prospective customers and explain the benefits of solar energy.
* Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team.
* Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally.
* Knowledge of rooftop solar systems is an added advantage.
2. Marketing Manager (Rooftop Solar)
Location: ASHTA-DISTRICT SEHORE
Experience: 1-3 YEAR years in Marketing/Business Development in solar field will be preferd
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for rooftop solar solutions.
* Lead digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional campaigns.
* Build partnerships with builders, industries, RWAs, institutions, and government organizations.
* Organize awareness programs, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
* Manage the sales team, monitor targets, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
* MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience in renewable energy, electrical products, or infrastructure is preferred.
* Proven ability to achieve business targets.
* Two wheeler should be preferred
