Job Title: Electronics Technician PCB Flashing & Testing

Job Overview:
We are looking for skilled Electronics Technicians to support PCB flashing, testing, and validation activities. The role involves working with embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and testing tools to ensure devices are correctly programmed and fully functional before deployment.
Each technician will be responsible for preparing devices, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform firmware flashing on PCBs using standard tools and procedures
- Conduct functional testing of flashed PCBs to validate performance
- Use software tools to verify communication protocols and device behaviour
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and firmware-related issues
- Interpret circuit schematics and PCB layouts for debugging and validation
- Perform basic electrical measurements using standard tools
- Support minor rework activities including soldering/desoldering if required
- Maintain proper documentation of testing and flashing activities
Required Skills (Must Have):
- Experience with flashing tools:
- STM32CubeProgrammer
- ST-Link Utility V2
- Hands-on experience with ST-Link programmer hardware
- Hardware testing knowledge using:
- ModScan (software)
- USB to RS485 converter
- Basic understanding of Modbus protocol
- Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and PCB layouts
- Proficiency in using a multimeter (voltage, current, resistance, continuity)
- Basic soldering and desoldering skills
- Strong hand on Basic Electronics, Understanding of electronic components (symbols, identification, and basic functionality)
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience using an oscilloscope
- Basic knowledge of C programming
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
