Job description Job description We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process / Customer Support Executive role. Candidates with prior experience in international calling, inbound/outbound process, and customer service will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international inbound and outbound calls Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards Follow defined SOPs, call scripts, and compliance guidelines Maintain accurate records in CRM tools Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (BPO/Call Center mandatory) Undergraduates and Graduates both can apply Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills Comfortable with night shifts / rotational shifts Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period

Experience: in US/UK/AUS processes
