Roles and Responsibilities
Manage incoming phone calls. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Identify and assess customer''s'' needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Eligibility Excellent English communication skill is required. Graduation is not required. Freshers & experienced both are eligible. Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience. Immediate joiners are required.
