Qualifications:
Experience:

  • BE/ B Tech
  • 5+ years of experience

Key Performance Areas

  • Verification of Pull out machine forms and in-house inspection forms should be verified
  • Raising invoice post verification of inspection forms
  • Monitoring Field Service Technicians
  • Documentation in charge for claim process
  • Monitoring the machine pull out process captured in the camera and attach the necessary snaps to the document
  • Monthly monitoring of packed stand by machine
  • Monitoring the payments for the claims invoice raised
  • Monitoring the machine dispatch against the PO
  • Monitoring the packed condition of the switched off machine
  • Following up regarding returning of packing material for local dispatch
  • Planning in charge for old and new switched off machines
  • Checking of pull out invoices against refurbishment costs
  • Documentation of the pull out and dispatch pictures taken through camera
  • Monitoring refurbishment cost of the machines which have been pulled out in the current/previous month against the invoice amount
