Job Requirements*
- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo for campaign automation and program management
- Expertise in B2B marketing workflows, lead management, and nurture programs
- Proficiency in Marketo APIs, integrations, and customizations
- Experience integrating Marketo with Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems (CRM like Salesforce/MS Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, scoring models, and lifecycle management
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize automation workflows
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring platform stability
- Knowledge of data governance, data hygiene, and compliance practices
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools (good to have)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities*
- Design, build, and optimize Marketo campaigns, smart workflows, and automation programs
- Develop and manage nurture programs, lead scoring models, and audience segmentation strategies
- Integrate Marketo with Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM systems, and other enterprise platforms
- Monitor and resolve campaign failures, production issues, and platform performance challenges
- Analyze workflows and drive continuous improvement in campaign efficiency and performance
- Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and best practices in marketing data management
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational playbooks
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support ongoing enhancements, innovation, and platform optimization initiatives
