Roles and Responsibilities
Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Recruitment Management, Performance Management & Goals, Learning Management. Configure integrations between various systems using APIs or other integration tools like MuleSoft or SnapLogic. Develop reports and dashboards using Workday Analytics to provide insights on HR data. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation projects. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in implementing Workday HCM module(s) including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking etc.. Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization.. Strong understanding of Workday Functional architecture and its components like User Profile management, Organization Chart, Position Management, Job Description, Skills Management etc.. Experience working on at least one full cycle implementation project involving multiple modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking etc..
