Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments Manage Citrix infrastructure including StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and NetScaler/ADC Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes Perform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements Ensure security, access control, and compliance standards are met Work closely with infrastructure, network, and security teams Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior administrators Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Expertise in Citrix NetScaler / ADC Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies Knowledge of VMware / HyperV virtualization Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills Thanks [email protected]
