Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations, enhancements, and support projects. Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning and employee rewards. Configure and support: SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay Executive Review Compensation Worksheets Budget Planning Merit and Promotion Planning Design compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, and planning cycles. Configure compensation statements and total rewards statements. Support compensation planning processes including: Merit Increases Bonuses Stock Awards Lump Sum Payments Promotion Adjustments Collaborate with HR and business teams to define compensation strategies and workflows. Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Integrate Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules such as: Employee Central Performance & Goals Succession Planning Variable Pay Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials. Ensure compliance with compensation governance and organizational policies. Desired Candidate Profile 5 - 9 years of experience. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
