Chennai / Ahmedabad Essential Skills & Experience Strong understanding of GCP admin roles, domain ownership, and recovery workflows and familiar with GCP admin console High judgment decisionmaking under ambiguity Fraud detection and prevention capabilities Excellent documentation and attention to detail Calm, professional communication during sensitive scenarios Roles and responsibilities: Own Google Account and GCP Account Recovery cases endtoend Validate identity, authorization, and domain ownership using approved frameworks Execute recovery workflows with zero tolerance for policy deviation Detect and mitigate fraud, social engineering, and unauthorized access attempts Maintain accurate, auditready documentation of recovery actions Escalate highrisk or nonstandard cases appropriately Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers during critical incidents Adhere to authentication standards, SLOs, and security policies
