Job Title: HRBP Apprentice
Role Overview:
We are looking for an HRBP Apprentice to support the HR Business Partnering function in managing employee lifecycle, stakeholder coordination, and driving HR initiatives across business teams.
This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HRBPs in day-to-day employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, engagement, exit formalities)
- Assist in managing employee queries and ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate with business teams and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters
- Support execution of HR initiatives such as engagement activities, performance management, and policy implementation
- Maintain HR data, trackers, and documentation with accuracy
- Assist in driving compliance and adherence to HR processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Final-year students or recent graduates (any stream)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership and attention to detail
- Interest in HR Business Partnering and people management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
