Job description Job Title: HR Consultant Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) Duration: 1 Year Role Overview : We are looking for an HR Consultant to support core HR operations and employee lifecycle management across business teams. The role will primarily focus on onboarding coordination, contract generation, compliance management, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring a seamless employee experience. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to HR operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners
- Prepare and generate employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
- Ensure timely completion and tracking of joining formalities and employee records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for onboarding readiness and documentation
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities
- Maintain HR trackers, compliance records, and employee databases with accuracy
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance requirements
- Address employee queries and provide timely resolution on HR-related matters
- Assist in execution of HR initiatives, engagement activities, and process improvements Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students or recent graduates (any stream)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Interest in HR operations, compliance, and employee management
