Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for doctors, including documentation verification, credential validation, and profile activation.
- Coordinate with doctors to collect required documents and ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
- Map doctors to the appropriate specialties, consultation services, and schedules based on operational requirements.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and process compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and resolve issues related to doctor consultations in a timely manner.
- Provide regular feedback and operational guidance to doctors to improve consultation quality and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle doctor and user queries professionally, ensuring a seamless consultation experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Support, Medical, and Technology teams, to resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track operational metrics, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of operational records while complying with internal policies and data confidentiality standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to automation and workflow optimization.
- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure uninterrupted operational support.
