Brief about the Team
Customer Service team is responsible to assist users with their queries, issues, and concerns. It will also
be addressing customer inquiries, providing support with orders and deliveries, assisting with product
information and recommendations, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
They may be reachable through various communication channels, such as phone, email, or live chat. This
team closely works along with our consumers.
What will you do:
- Customer Support:
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels
such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and
answering product-related questions.
- Identifying and addressing customer issues, complaints, or escalations, providing
appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and proactively
finding ways to improve the overall customer experience.
- Customer Feedback:
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and
implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and
contributing to the development of new features or services.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in internal
databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Generating reports and insights on customer trends, feedback, and satisfaction
levels to drive continuous improvement.
- Product Knowledge And Customer Education:
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Tata
1mg, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare devices, wellness products, and other
relevant categories.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers and assisting with
product recommendations based on their requirements.
- Educating customers about the features, benefits, and usage of the Tata 1mg
platform and its services. Guiding customers on how to navigate the website or
mobile app, place orders, upload prescriptions, and access health-related
information.
What we are looking for :
- Bachelor?s degree with a minimum of 1 years of work experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Technical skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills
