Translate business challenges within a specialized optimization pod into scalable, data-driven technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and provide data science solutions. Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and improve existing supply chain processes and distribution systems. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations. Continuously explore and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the data science capabilities of the team. Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data used for analysis and model building. What we are looking for: Experience: 2-5 years of working experience in Data Science. Core Skills: Strong foundation in core machine learning algorithms and advanced deep learning architectures. Production Expertise: Experience in working with models and deployments in Production, alongside building robust model training and evaluation pipelines. Technical Stack: High proficiency in Python and modern ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-Learn. Plus Points: Working experience with optimization algorithms, supply chain data, and building production ML systems will be a plus.
