About the Role
The Manager / Senior Manager Channel Partner (Reseller) will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the Company's reseller and channel partner network. The role will focus on partner acquisition, partner enablement, business development, revenue generation, and partner performance management to drive sustainable growth across assigned territories.
The incumbent will work closely with channel partners to help them effectively position, market, and sell the Company's solutions while ensuring achievement of business targets and partner satisfaction.
Experience
- 5รป8 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, Business Development, Institutional Sales, or related roles.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Skilling, HRTech, Consulting, CSR, or Social Impact sectors will be preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners and resellers.
- Evaluate partner capability, market reach, and business potential.
- Develop partner expansion plans across assigned territories.
Partner Enablement
- Conduct partner onboarding and product training programs.
- Equip partners with sales, marketing, and business development resources.
- Support partners in customer presentations, proposals, and opportunity management.
Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth through channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop territory-wise business plans and partner growth strategies.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions.
- Ensure high levels of partner engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring
- Track partner pipeline, revenue, and productivity metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure achievement of partner business commitments.
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities through partner networks.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Support market expansion initiatives and partner-led campaigns.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and partner dashboards.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams for effective execution.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner issues and escalations.
