We are looking for Technical Customer Interface Manager
Youll make a difference by
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Westinghouse/Westrace Interlocking Mk1 & Mk2, covering both hardware and software.
- Experience in FAT and SAT, including installation, commissioning, and testing of interlocking systems at site.
- Ability to troubleshoot site failures, especially during emergencies and critical situations.
- Capability to guide site teams in failure analysis and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed technical failure reports, including observations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Strong customer-facing skills to explain technical failures and participate in customer meetings effectively.
- Ability to maintain structured documentation and records, including failure count reports, open/closed issues, and FRPCPY tracking, in coordination with the team.
- Familiarity with ISO quality processes and adherence to standard quality workflows.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues, proposing improvements, and preventing repeat failures.
- Strong technical understanding of railway interlocking systems and interlocking principles.
- Ability to deliver technical training to internal teams as well as external customer personnel.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams to ensure timely task closure and complete technical analysis of work carried out.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10+years of relevant experience.
- IRSETLO / IRSE license is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
