Youll create impact by
- Lead ServiceNow-based service design for network services within the myIT / ServiceNow framework.
- Translate network requirements into clear user stories, service definitions, catalog items, and implementation requirements.
- Work closely with network architects, business stakeholders, ServiceNow teams, and external implementation partners.
- Define and document IST / SOLL processes for network service delivery and operational alignment.
- Design ServiceNow service catalog items, SRM transactions, workflows, transformation maps, and CMDB / CI requirements.
- Support integration of network services such as LAN, SD-WAN, segmentation, and successor services into ServiceNow / ITSM.
- Coordinate with implementation partners such as Infosys / NGS for story development, testing, PoC, and pilot phases.
- Ensure myIT / ServiceNow acts as the system of record for network service assets, configurations, and operational processes.
- Drive automation, API-first integration, and continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and improve MTTR.
- Support governance, service quality, commercial integration, billing, settlement processes, and CLI implementation.
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, ITSM tooling, service design, or service architecture in large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, SRM, CMDB, workflows, and transformation maps.
- Experience creating user stories and translating business or technical requirements into ServiceNow implementation language.
- Good understanding of network services such as LAN, SD-WAN, VLAN, VRF, segmentation, connectivity, and network service operations.
- Exposure to Cisco DNAC / DNA Center, Cisco ThousandEyes, Zscaler, or similar network / monitoring tools is preferred.
- Experience working with external implementation partners and coordinating functional / process requirements.
- Ability to work with network architects without needing deep hands-on Cisco configuration expertise.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM lifecycle, incident, request, change, event, and configuration management.
- Experience with commercial IT service processes such as billing models, settlement, and Commercial Line Items is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to align technical, operational, commercial, and external stakeholders.
