Job Requirement:
- Candidate to be BE/B-Tech in ELE/ETE/MECH/CS along with minimum 7-10 years experience handling IBMS projects or managing project sites.
- Candidate to be aware of project management principles along with following roles & responsibilities deserved :
- Responsible for revenue, collections & on-time delivery of projects within scope and budget. Involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks along with creating opportunities from projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, third parties/vendors & suppliers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- IBMS technical knowledge on engineering & commissioning along with networking exposure will be an advantage.
- Candidate to ready to travel frequently to outstation project sites.
- Knowledge on Project commercial & logistics will be an advantage for selection of candidates.
