Key Responsibilities
Branch Head (BH)
- Responsible for overall branch business growth, profitability, and collections.
- Lead and manage Branch Product Heads, Sales, and Collection teams.
- Drive sales across TW Finance, Gold Loan, Personal Loan, and SME Loan products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve branch performance
