Role & responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, branch walk-ins, and local market mapping.
- Sales Execution: Pitch and sell Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD) by explaining interest rates, tenures, and payout benefits.
- Relationship Management: Maintain continuous follow-ups with existing clients to ensure high retention and secure renewals for maturing deposits.
Preferred candidate profile
- Min 1 year Sales experience required
- BFSI/NBFC Sales background preferred
