Job Summary
The Manager Back Office is responsible for overseeing day-to-day back-office operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, process efficiency, and timely completion of operational activities. The role involves managing a team, monitoring service quality, coordinating with internal departments, and implementing process improvements to support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily back-office operations and ensure adherence to established procedures and service standards.
- Monitor operational workflows and ensure timely processing of transactions, documentation, and customer requests.
- Review and verify reports, records, and operational data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.
- Coordinate with branches, sales teams, vendors, and other departments for seamless operational support.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and provide timely support to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, productivity reports, and management dashboards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and process reviews to maintain operational excellence.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems, products, and process changes.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation.
- Monitor team performance against defined KPIs and service levels.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- 6 to 7 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, banking, financial services, or a similar domain.
- Experience in team handling and process management preferred
