We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage our daily HR operations and office administration at our Anna Nagar, Chennai office. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is self-motivated, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys handling a variety of responsibilities ranging from employee coordination to facility management.
Role Details

- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Operations
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires (collecting documents, conducting orientations, and setting up workstations).
- Maintain physical and digital employee records (attendance, leaves, and database management).
- Handle employee queries regarding company policies, attendance, and general workplace issues.
- Coordinate offboarding and exit formalities.
2. Office Administration & Facility Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and productive working environment.
- Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and stationery; coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
- Liaise with external vendors (cleaning services, internet providers, AMC technicians) and handle monthly utility and vendor payments.
- Maintain basic office assets, IT systems, and equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and basic employee engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR or related stream is a plus).
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a combined HR & Administration role.
