1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Target Achievement: Drive primary (bulk sales to distributors) and secondary (sales from distributors to retailers) volume targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify untapped markets and new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Brand Visibility: Collaborate with the marketing team to launch regional campaigns, trade promotions, and point-of-sale (POS) displays.
2. Distribution & Channel Management
- Network Expansion: Appoint, evaluate, and manage distributors, dealers, and stockists to ensure consistent product availability.
- Channel Optimization: Secure placements across general trade, .
- Inventory Control: Optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks or expiries.
3. Team Leadership & Coaching
