1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Target Achievement: Drive primary (bulk sales to distributors) and secondary (sales from distributors to retailers) volume targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify untapped markets and new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Brand Visibility: Collaborate with the marketing team to launch regional campaigns, trade promotions, and point-of-sale (POS) displays.

2. Distribution & Channel Management

  • Network Expansion: Appoint, evaluate, and manage distributors, dealers, and stockists to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Channel Optimization: Secure placements across general trade, .
  • Inventory Control: Optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks or expiries.

3. Team Leadership & Coaching

Field Management: Recruit, train, and mentor Territory Sales Executives and route-to-market teams.Performance Tracking: Conduct regular market visits and joint-calls with the sales team to coach them on pitching and closing deals.
