Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our growing architecture firm in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate with teams for smooth project execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings
- Assist in concept design, planning, and design development
- Develop 2D and 3D design presentations for residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and design standards
- Support in material selection, design detailing, and BOQ coordination
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor?s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 0?3 years of experience in architecture/interior projects
- Freshers with strong technical and software skills can apply
- Good understanding of architectural planning and construction detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Software Skills Required:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / V-Ray
- Revit (Preferred)
- Photoshop / MS Office
