About the Role
Railtech Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated legal professional to join our growing team as an Assistant Manager Legal. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-value railway and infrastructure projects, supporting contract management, commercial negotiations, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
As part of our Legal team, you will collaborate with project, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure contracts are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle while safeguarding the organizations legal and commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC, subcontractor, consultancy, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, Railway GCC/SCC provisions, tender conditions, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support contract administration, claims management, variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT), and Liquidated Damages (LD) assessments.
- Assist in arbitration proceedings, dispute resolution, contract interpretation, and legal documentation.
- Provide legal guidance to project and business teams on contractual risks and obligations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel for effective case management.
- Monitor legal developments and recommend best practices to strengthen contractual governance.
