Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and presentation drawings for commercial projects (corporate interiors) and residential projects.
- Collaborate with project sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Create detailed design concepts using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, REVIT Architecture, Lumion, and 3ds Max.
- Prepare interior designing plans that meet clients' needs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical support during construction phases to ensure successful project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-3 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, REVIT Architecture; knowledge of other software like Lumion is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of corporate interiors and residential projects; ability to work on both types of projects.
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
