Role Overview We re looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented UX/UI Design Intern to join our product and design team. Youll help shape intuitive and engaging experiences for our users talent and hiring managers alike by contributing to real-world projects and user flows that power our platform.
What You ll Do - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the design team to understand product goals and user needs
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
- Translate complex HR workflows into intuitive UI components - Contribute to and maintain the design system
- Conduct or support usability testing, user interviews, and competitive analysis - Iterate quickly based on feedback.
Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, HCI, or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work (even student/personal projects are welcome!)
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools - Understanding of design principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- Good communication and collaboration skills - Bonus: Interest in HR tech, hiring journeys, or recruitment tools
