- Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS) and SQL (optimization, stored procedures, joins, views)
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
- Experience mentoring and leading small BIanalytics teams.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
- Familiarity with Tableau, Qlik, or PythonR
