Job Duties BDO RISE is a place for energetic self-starters who can think and act like entrepreneurs. As an Associate in our Tax practice, you will:
- Utilize your educational background to serve BDO USA clients.
- Assist BDO USA Clients from Financial service sector in the conduct of various tax and corporate services in terms of preparing and filing tax returns.
- Utilize appropriate soft skills and technology skills to prepare tax computation, tax returns and other relevant forms, by familiarizing yourself with BDO specific tax softwares and process (Milestones).
- Analyzing Book (GAAP) v/s Tax (IRS/IRC) reporting and identifying and reconciling the book to tax differences and their impact to the business entities.
- Analyzing Book realized and unrealized reports to identify potential book to tax differences based on IRC tax regulations and reportings.
- Consistently contributing ideas/opinions with the team on the process or software.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with BDO USA and BDO RISE members across levels.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications
- Bcom Graduates ( 2024, 2025 and 2026)
