- Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos, videos, and reels within our coworking spaces.
- Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly content calendar.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and social copy that reflects the brand voice.
- Cover community events, networking sessions, workshops, and member stories.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, launches, and collaborations.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs when required, and identify content opportunities.
- Track social media performance and share weekly insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with trending audio, viral formats, and platform best practices.
- Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.
- Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone or camera.
- Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or social media page showcasing your work is a strong plus.
- Bonus Points If You
- Have experience managing social media pages.
- Understand personal branding and community marketing.
- Have basic knowledge of photography and video composition.
- Can create motion graphics or simple animations.
