About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our brand's presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement, with the ability to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Write compelling captions and ensure brand consistency across all communication.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend best practices to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
