Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring for manufacturing, engineering, and plant-based roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and candidate joining.
- Meet hiring targets
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Experience hiring for Automobile, Auto Components, Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Strong sourcing, communication
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
