- Inspect incoming raw materials such as wire rods, chemicals, packaging materials.
- Conduct in-process inspections during flux mixing, wire drawing, coating process, packing operations etc.
- Perform laboratory testing and quality checks on finished electrodes, including coating uniformly, diameter & length measurements, moisture content etc.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing documents.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and defect trends and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Implement and maintain QA systems and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct internal quality audits and process audits.
- Prepare CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports.
- Handle customer complaints and root cause analysis.
- Monitor process improvements to reduce defects and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation for batch traceability, inspection records, test certificates, audit reports etc.
