The Role
We are hiring a high-calibre Project Leader to join our consulting team in a senior, client-facing role. You will sit at the heart of our client engagements, owning end-to-end strategy delivery and working directly with senior leadership and client stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility position. You will combine structured problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and compelling storytelling to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable impact. You will also lead and develop a team of in-house associates recruited from top-tier business schools, including London Business School, HEC Paris, and ESADE.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Project Delivery

Structure complex, ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights

Translate findings into strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives

Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports for steering committees and senior leadership
Client Engagement Communication

Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders across functions

Prepare and lead selected workstreams or modules within larger engagements

Own meeting logistics, document key decisions, and ensure clear follow-through

Communicate insights with clarity and confidence to senior audiences
Business Development

Lead proposal development, market research, and opportunity sizing

Develop and deliver compelling pitch presentations

Identify and pursue, upsell and cross-sell within assigned client accounts

Drive knowledge development and internal capability-building initiatives

Experience

At least 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics

Proven sector experience in industrial goods (strongly preferred)

Deep functional knowledge of MA and go-to-market strategy

A track record in client-facing engagements and cross-functional project delivery
Education
A Bachelor s or Master s degree, or an MBA, in Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
