Role & Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more product areas email sequencing, AI reply agents, power dialer, CRM, or lead prospecting.
- Write clear, detailed PRDs and specs that engineering can build from without follow-up clarification meetings.
- Use data, user research, and product judgment to decide what to build, what to kill, and what to deprioritize.
- Work directly with engineers, designers, support, and marketing as the person with the clearest picture of product direction not as a coordinator.
- Ship features frequently, then measure impact, learn, and iterate based on real usage data.
- Leverage modern tools, including LLMs and AI, to move faster and get to answers efficiently, regardless of technical background.
- Come to meetings and discussions with a recommendation, framework, or decision already prepared ? not an open-ended brainstorm.
- Communicate proactively ? flag blockers before being asked, and ensure no one has to follow up on unanswered messages.
- Balance product vision with consistent, hands-on shipping.
- Manage cross-functional relationships deliberately, building trust through clarity, tone, and follow-through.
- Take full ownership of your product area ? the goal is for the team to come to you for answers.
- Identify and kill at least one underperforming feature or initiative based on data, not sentiment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4?7 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with proven ownership of shipped products used by real customers.
- Strong technical foundation ? comfortable with APIs, software architecture, and data flows enough to have meaningful, credible conversations with engineers.
- Sharp analytical mindset ? able to define the right metrics, spot patterns, and use tools like SQL, LLMs, and analytics platforms to reach answers quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? clear, concise, and effective across async and live settings with engineers, leadership, and customers.
- High ownership, low ego, startup-ready mindset ? doesn't wait for permission, doesn't need hand-holding, figures things out independently.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, bootstrapped, or high-growth SaaS environment preferred.
- Experience in MarTech, SalesTech, CRM, or outbound sales tools is a strong plus.
