Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual school operational plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure optimal staffing, financial planning, and efficient utilization of school resources and funds
- Exercise expenditure authority within approved financial limits
- Provide academic leadership through curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and teacher development
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and learning outcomes
- Serve as the Ex-officio Secretary of the School Managing Committee
- Monitor student assessments, notebooks, homework, and academic performance to ensure quality standards
- Implement effective systems for timely evaluation, feedback, and corrective actions
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centric culture that promotes wellbeing, discipline, and academic excellence
- Ensure compliance with academic, operational, administrative, and statutory policies and regulations
- Maintain school accounts, records, registers, service books, and statutory documentation
- Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters to implement strategic initiatives, policies, and centralized functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, the community, and regulatory authorities
- Handle official correspondence and ensure timely submission of statutory reports and returns
- Effectively manage school infrastructure, transport, health services, equipment, and other operational resources
- Ensure proper maintenance of school assets and stock registers
- Lead recruitment, induction, training, performance management, and retention of teaching and non-teaching staff
- Monitor staff performance and promote continuous professional development
- Lead school inspections, audits, accreditation, and compliance activities
- Organize regular parent-teacher interactions and communicate student progress effectively
- Provide students with constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth
- Ensure accurate reporting of academic and operational information to the Corporate Office
- Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive school environment by enforcing child protection, health, safety, and anti-harassment policies
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Management to support the effective functioning and continuous improvement of the school

- B2C Sales experience, preferably in the education sector (K12 international schools)
