Modern Quests is a premium multi-channel retailer that sells lifestyle products and homeware items to the affluent Indian customers. We ship orders to more than 1100 cities within India and stock more than 5,500 SKUs at our warehouse. This is an exciting role to work in the operations & fulfillment team.
Main Responsibilities Include:
1. On-time order processing & fulfilment of customer orders - including planning shipments and using Uniware and Courier Platforms for labels.
2. Planning and processing customer orders as per different couriers, shipping modes and manage all daily order planning and dispatches.
3. Overseeing fulfillment at the warehouse to ensure products are being scanned and packed correctly.
4. Tracking shipments, record returns and RTOs and coordinate with customer support team.
5. Managing fulfillment of marketplace orders such as Amazon and TataCliq.
Required Candidate Profile:
1. At minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce or similar.
2. Ideally 2 to 4 years of previous working experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations.
3. Good understanding and experience with MS Excel & Google Sheets.
4. Strong passion for learning in a growing e-commerce environment in an operations role.
