Mother Marys School is looking for Mother Teacher to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The role involves supporting the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will help foster early childhood development through play-based learning, structured activities, and positive interaction.Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities. Support classroom management to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Help children develop basic skills such as communication, social interaction, and motor skills. Provide individual attention to students who need extra support.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, toys, and classroom resources. Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and breaks.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the classroom. Observe and report on student progress and behavior to the lead teacher.
- Help manage routines such as snack time, nap time, and transitions between activities. Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and good manners among children.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Graduate
- Strong knowledge of English language with excellent written & spoken English that include fluency, pronunciation & correct usage of grammar
- Basic Computer Skills
