Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically pleasing residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space plans.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and dcor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, and material selection.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
