About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our HR and Operations departments to execute daily HR workflows, manage employee data, and support the entire talent lifecycle from hiring to offboarding. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Operations & Onboarding
- Post and manage job openings across job boards, professional networks, and university portals.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.
- Manage the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, collecting required joining documentation, and creating employee profiles.
2. HR Database & Records Management
- Update and maintain accurate, confidential employee information in the internal HRIS/HRMS databases.
- Gather and track operational data such as attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
3. Employee Lifecycle & Operations Support
- Assist in compiling necessary data for monthly payroll processing (e.g., tracking working hours, leaves, and bank accounts).
- Address daily employee queries regarding company policies, leave balances, and benefits.
- Assist in maintaining digital employee files and preparing HR-related letters (e.g., internship certificates, confirmation letters).
4. Employee Engagement & Process Improvements
- Help organize internal employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and training sessions.
- Support the drafting and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Employee Handbooks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of core HR operations and full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
