HR Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Source potential candidates through various channels and screen incoming resumes and applications for open roles.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications as per requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, applying a working knowledge of the selection process, and share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview journey.
- Assist new hires with onboarding and act as their point of contact during the transition.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Update staff attendance records and track leave applications.
- Coordinate with auditors to share and verify payroll workings & HR compliances.
- Support monthly employee check-ins to gather feedback and relay concerns between employees and reporting managers.
- Support the appraisal process, including coordinating timelines, documentation, and communication between employees and managers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a recruiting or HR support role, with familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, and sourcing techniques.
- Sound judgement and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Administrator Responsibilities
Office & Accounts Management
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up meetings.
- Conduct physical verification of pantry items and office stationery.
- Maintain expense invoices for annual audit documentation.
- Send GST invoices to the auditor on a monthly basis.
- Raise invoices/quotes as per requirement and maintain all documents in an organised manner.
- Maintain petty cash and record expenses on a daily basis.
Preferred candidate profile
This role requires a strong background in HR and office administration for our organisation in Bangalore (In-Office), with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
The role requires a 6-month probation period, after which performance will be reviewed to make the position permanent. 2-year bond will be applicable.
